Open Faced Sandwich


½ Avocado

1 Egg cooked sunny side up

3-4 sliced Cucumbers, Arugula

½ cup MILKimchi (any flavor)

MIL Gochujang (any flavor)

2 Sliced Multigrain bread (or any bread of your choice)


Lightly toast the bread while preparing ingredients. Plate one slice with avocado, and MILKimchi, the other with arugula, cucumbers, cooked egg and MIL gochujang.
