All online orders are processed weekly on Mondays and shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Cutoff for all orders are Mondays 10am EST. (In the event of a nationally recognized holiday, orders will be processed the following business day). All orders received after the cutoff time will be processed the following week.

Tracking information will be sent in a separate email on the respective Monday of your shipment. If you don't receive the tracking information please check your junk or spam folders as well.

Please ensure that you will be able to receive your kimchi order and refrigerate it immediately upon receipt as we are not liable for any damages that occur due to unattended packages.

During times of extreme cold or heat, we reserve the right to hold your order until we can ensure safer shipping conditions. If you opt to have your order shipped during such extreme weather Mother-in-Law's cannot be held responsible for the condition of your kimchi once delivered.
