Quick Bibimbap


For one bowl:

6-8 oz cooked white rice or brown rice

2-3 tablespoon neutral oil

¼ cup fresh spinach, rinsed  

2 oz Portobello or crimini mushroom, sliced into 1/8 slivers

4 cup of shredded carrots

1 medium zucchini, cut into 1/8 slivers, half moon shape

1 egg, fried (optional)

2-3 tablespoons MIL Sesame Gochuchang Sauce

salt to taste

Additional sesame oil to taste (optional)


Bibimbap, rice bowl, is the quintessential Korean meal that calls for gochujang sauce. Our Sesame sauce complements the creamy, spicy layer flavors to mix with any rice bowl you want. Feel free to use a variety of vegetables you have on hand. So get your creative bibimbap on!

  • Sautee each vegetable separately in frying pan over medium heat with a pinch of salt
  • Place sautéed vegetables and fried egg over grain/rice
  • Top with gochujang sauce and mix
