- Slice bacon and sausage into bite size pieces to fit on a rice cracker.
- Heat a cast iron skillet medium-high, add bacon and sausage slices to cook.
- When ready remove from pan
- Layout rice crackers, layer bacon, sausage, kimchi and finely chopped chive on top.
