Kimchi Cream Cheese Bagel
A sweet-savory, slightly spicy twist on your everyday bagel! Tangy Mother-in-Law’s kimchi gets finely chopped and mixed with creamy cheese, a drizzle of honey, fresh chives, and lightly sautéed spinach for a warm, balanced bite. Simple, comforting, and unexpectedly addictive!
INGREDIENTS (makes 1–2 bagels)
Kimchi Cream Cheese Spread:
- ¼ cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons Mother¼ cup Mother-in-Law’s Original Everyday Kimchi, finely chopped and drained well
- 1–2 teaspoons honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
Sautéed Spinach:
- ½ cup fresh spinach
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Pinch of salt
Bagel:

1–2 bagels, sliced and toasted
DIRECTIONS
- Heat a small pan over medium heat with olive oil. Add spinach and sauté for 1–2 minutes until just wilted. Lightly season with a pinch of salt and set aside.

Finely chop the kimchi and gently squeeze out excess moisture using a paper towel.
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, chopped kimchi, honey, and chives. Mix until well blended and creamy. - Toast the bagels to your desired level of crispiness.
