Kimchi Bacon or Sausage with Rice Crackers

  • Slice bacon and sausage into bite size pieces to fit on a rice cracker.
  • Heat a cast iron skillet medium-high, add bacon and sausage slices to cook.
  • When ready remove from pan
  • Layout rice crackers, layer bacon, sausage, kimchi and finely chopped chive on top.
  • Serve on a platter at your next holiday party.
