Muu Daikon Radish Kimchi is made using fresh daikon radishes mixed with our special selection of chile peppers and all natural ingredients. Fermented to the ideal point where it maintains a pleasant crunch coupled with a complex chile punch, it makes an ideal complement to grilled meats, noodles, or rice. Comes cut in bite-size cubes.

Established in 1989, our kimchi is based on a 27 year-old recipe of the renowned Korean restaurant, Jang Mo Gip (Mother-in-Law’s House) in Garden Grove, California.

Ingredients: Daikon radish, red chile pepper, yellow onion, scallion, chives, salt, raw sugar, garlic, bone broth, salted shrimp

All natural, no preservatives, contains shellfish, seafood.
