Returns

We do not accept returns on our products. If there is an issue with your order, we can help by refunding or providing a discount code for future use on milkimchi.com or coupons for in-store use. The amount of the refund and/or discount code is determined on a case-by-case basis by our team. Please contact us here, or email customerservice@milkimchi.com for assistance. We will get back to you within 24-48 hours.

Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, we require proof of purchase from milkimchi.com (don't worry - we can easily look this up in our system if you don't have your receipt handy). If your order arrived damaged or otherwise defective, please contact us here or email customerservice@milkimchi.com and we will be happy to help. We will get back to you within 24-48 hours.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for orders placed on Amazon through milkimchi.com. Please initiate any Amazon returns through Amazon with the appropriate seller. 

All refunds are initiated to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

Shipping Policy

Please review our Shipping Policy in full and note that kimchi that is not cold to the touch upon receipt will not be considered defective, nor is Mother-in-Law's responsible for damage caused to unattended packages or improperly stored products.
